 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT!

Each month, BIGGRNYU.COM's newsletter will spotlight an amateur athlete who exemplifies the spirit of the site.  This part of the site is dedicated to that athlete in each of us!  We all share the drive to be the best that we can be.  This common theme, our constant search for self- improvement, - that "giving it all you got" attitude - is the thread that ties us together.  This section of the newsletter is dedicated to all of us who are driven to improve the world, by improving ourselves!  Be sure to forward to us any inspirational stories, so that we may share in your triumphs!

This month, as a kind of introduction, we spotlight  the two authors of BIGGRNYU.COM's Newsletter.  Betty Armengol, MS MPT, is co-author of this Newsletter and an accomplished bodybuilder and endurance athlete.  Stay tuned next month when we will spotlight some of you, who share in the pursuit of health, fitness, and happiness.  God bless, and keep moving!
